Deze week weer een band die debuteert op FTLOM als schijf. Violent Soho is een Australisch viertal dat op 90's grunge geïnspireerde rock maakt. In hun thuisland zijn ze al jaren vaste klant in de Triple J lijst, terwijl ze in 2010 met "Jesus Stole My Girlfriend" van hun debuutalbum zelfs in Amerika de alternatieve lijsten wisten te halen. In Nederland kregen hun singles ook regelmatig aandacht, zoals ook de nieuwe. "Lying On The Floor" is officieel al de derde single van het album 'Everything Is A-Ok' dat op 3 april zal verschijnen. het is de eerste die hier echt opvalt en is deze week on ze Love Of The Week. Violent Soho's landgenoot Kevin Parker staat onder zijn artiestennaam Tame Impala nog steeds op #1. Met zijn 5e #1 single in deze lijst weet hij Pearl Jam van zich af te houden en omdat die laatsten afgelopen week een nieuwe single uitbrachten zal "Dance Of The Clairvoyants" buiten een spectaculaire ineenstorting van "Lost In Yesterday" de toppositie ook niet meer bereiken. Inhaler is de hoogste nieuwe met hun tweede notering in de lijst ("My Honest Face" was de eerste, "Ice Cream Sundae" haalde het niet). Op #26 komen we Iggy Pop voor derde keer tegen in onze lijst, terwijl Cage The Elephant zich voor de zesde keer meldt. Mich is de Nederlandse versie van Gorillaz; een groep kunstenaars die muziek maakt. Deze week debuteren zij in de lijst. The Vices stonden vorig jaar drie keer in de lijst en voegen daar nu een vierde hit aan toe.
